This is just a quick note to say I’m safely home in Timaru. I made it! 3 tanks of petrol, 16 CDs, 1 hitchhiker, and about 20 hours of driving, and here I am.

Tomorrow, I leave Auckland and begin my journey south. I’ll be sad to go, but I’m ready to leave. I’ve spent a month saying goodbye. So, so long Auckland, hello Canterbury.
